Firgelli DTVL-100 drop-down lift
The DTVL-100 is a rear-mounted rail lift that can hang from a ceiling or run upside down as a pop-up. It comes in four travel lengths from 27 to 57 in, rated 100 lb in total.
The maker says the travel you pick should match your TV's height, which is why the TV height column equals the travel.
The product page lists a 4 3/8 in depth and says 30 in and 36 in TV arms are in the box.
The downloadable manual is a scanned image with no readable text, so most figures here rest on the product page alone. The four travel lengths also appear as the size options on the same listing.
